WATERPROOF LED LIGHTING | AQUA ASSEMBLY BY ISOLED®

Thanks to our many years of expertise as well as our professional production, we can always offer you a suitable solution when it comes to the production of waterproof LED flex strips, profiles or connection cables.

You can choose between the assembly of PU flex strips without end caps or silicone flex strips with end caps and a protection class of IP67 and IP68, which correspond to protection class IP67 (according to EN 60529) after assembly. PU flex stripswith a polyurethane potting material are particularly suitable for use in swimming pools due to their high resistance to chlorine.

tested and approved by TÜV Süd, the German technical inspection agency, and of course all the elements we manufacture are subjected to
a final quality inspection.

PREMIUM PUR-FULLY CAST

You can also use our premium pur fully-cast. In this process, liquid two-component PUR is fed directly into the profile in 3 layers with extreme precision. The multi-stage application of the heated resin prevents air bubbles, inclusions and cracks. The resin covers the LED flex strip, the connection cabling and the entire interior of the profile and closes flush with the top edge or the side edges. The linear LED lighting element is thus sealed and waterproof. Image

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

LED flex strips with an IP67 protection rating can be submersed up to one meter for a maximum of 30 minutes. So they are protected from heavy rain for example. Since only the end caps of our customized LED flex tapes have IP67 and the flex tape itself reaches IP68, the flex tape can also be permanently submersed (for pool lighting, for example) as long as the end caps remain out of the water.
